Vegan Loba
Vegan Loba hit their brakes in downtown Fullerton. This new food truck plans on creating a strong relationship between the community and Mother Nature through vegan cuisine. This food truck specializes in Latin foods such as pupusas, tacos and nachos. Their proteins – birria, chicken, al pastor and more – are all plant based. If you are looking for a quick lunch for a great price, visit their truck, place an order for pickup or get it delivered!

Chicana Vegana
Jasmine Hernandez opened her very own Mexican-style vegan restaurant that incorporates Mexican roots while operating out of California. These plant-based dishes are served in the effort to offer love, compassion and cruelty-free foods to their customers. Here you can find burritos, asada fries and tres leches cakes. Five-star reviews say this food is so good that even non-vegans get addicted. Keep your eyes open for that superhero luchadora logo when driving down Commonwealth Avenue in downtown Fullerton.

Rutabegorz
Rutabegorz started in 1970 and has since opened two more locations. This health restaurant serves a mixture of vegan and non-vegan dishes – all of which are delicious. They have enchiladas, tostadas, burritos and what they call a “Mexican casserole”. This restaurant offers a healthy alternative for traditional dishes, which you can explore more of on their Twitter page @RutabegorzRest. While they might be slightly pricier, ranging from $12 to $14 per dish, they claim to offer “only the finest and freshest fruits and vegetables.”
